(Mian Mohammad Waris, Rawalpindi)
Hazrat Abu Bakar Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him) said, “Once I was with Hazrat Mohammad (Sal Allahu Alay hi Wasallam), a person came to him and said salaam. Mohammad’s (Sal Allahu Alay hi Wasallam) face lit up with happiness, he replied his greetings and made that person sit next to him and when that person stood up (after doing what he came for) and went away, Nabi Kareem (peace be upon him) said to me, “O Abu Bakar (may Allah be pleased with him) this person gets reward equal to the whole creations’ deeds every day from Allah”. I asked, “O Rasool Allah (Sal Allahu Alay hi Wasallam) how does he get so much reward every day?” The Prophet Mohammad (Sal Allahu Alay hi Wasallam) replied, “Whenever he gets up in the morning, recites a Durud on me which is equal (in its reward) to the Duruds recited by all the creatures.” I said, “O Rasool Allah (Sal Allahu Alay hi Wasallam) what is that Durud?” Hazrat Mohammad (Sal Allahu Alay hi Wasallam) replied, “He recites this Durud; “Allahuma Sall e Alaa Mohammadin nin Nabiyyi Adada Mun Salla Alayhi Min Khalqika Wa Sall e Alaa Mohammadin nin Nabiyyi Kama Yunbaghi Un Nusalliya Alayhi Wa Sall e Alaa Mohammadin nin Nabiyyi Kama Amartana Un Nusalliya Alayhi.”
